We have some very important and exciting changes to tell you about, in case you haven’t already heard about the transitions that have been happening at Living Word Worship Center.  : )  

For several months now, the Lord has spoken to us about transition, change, moving out…getting into position spiritually.  He continually spoke that the face of the church is changing.  Little did we realize exactly what that meant until recently, when He laid it upon our hearts to “GO”.  The Lord spoke to our hearts, ” I am not working to give you strength for where you’ve been. I AM working to give you strength to step through and into a place that you cannot understand. Let My place open up, and step through into it. Don’t make a list of what you are looking for on the other side. Just step through the opening! Your present demands are hindering the development of your future. Step through by faith!”

We are living in an hour that the church must ask the Lord to open up the door of His glory and release it on earth as it is in Heaven. We are partakers of Him.  He is IN us.  It is time for heaven to invade earth to shake the foundation of the earth to usher in God’s glory across the land.

 After much prayer and careful consideration and months of intercession from many of you, we decided to move out of the mall and into various places as Holy Spirit leads.  Without hesitation, we announced on Saturday, June 26 that we will be moving out, across the land, effective immediately.  Thanks to many of you, we were able to move everything out of the mall on Monday and Tuesday and are now prepared to carry on the Lord’s work. It’s time to break out of the limitations we have walked in and release His love and glory!

All of that being said, we are changing our motto from “the church at the mall” to “the church on the move” and our new website address is http://www.TheChurchOnTheMove.com. 

 Our primary focus at this point will be: 

TEACHING - will be held on Saturdays at 7pm.  Will be held in homes, coffee shops, parks, and other venues.  

OUTREACH - will occur corporately on Saturdays as we travel together to minister to the unchurched in malls, parks, parking lots, streets, stores, etc. 

FELLOWSHIP - We desire to have occasional times set aside specifically for trips, getaways, and fun times as a church family. 

IMPARTATION & HEALING / CORPORATE WORSHIP  - To be held at least one time per month at a hotel, conference center, banquet hall, or other facility for being refreshed in His presence as we worship together and soak in His glory.

Additional times of teaching and live worship held from our Prayer Room will be made available to you via the Internet on our website. 

Our current schedule for the month of July is:

Saturday, July 4th - 7 to 9pm   Meet at Panera Bread on Rt. 256 (near Wal-mart) in their private room/party room for a time of teaching and equipping.

Saturday, July 11th - 7 to 9pm  Eastland Mall
We will be putting into action what we were taught from the July 4th teaching as we minister to people at Eastland Mall as Holy Spirit leads us to those who need prayer, healing, someone to talk to, etc.  (If you have to miss the teaching on July 4th,we will have it recorded for you to view at a later time via the Internet). 

Friday, July 17 - Sunday, July 19th - Weekend of Fire Hilton Garden Inn at Polaris. 

We HIGHLY encourage you to attend this event.  There is no cost to you, although your financial support to The Healing Stream Network (host of the conference) would be greatly appreciated should the Lord lay it upon your heart to give.  Living Word Worship Center will be the guest speakers and worship leaders on Sunday, July 19th.  We are using this venue as

YOUTH SCHEDULE
The youth (ages 10 and up) will be meeting twice a month; every other Friday at 7pm, beginning July 10th. 

**All children ages 10 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.**

 Friday, July 10th - 7 - 9:30pm - Matt & Courtney’s home

The youth will be meeting for a Bible Study and fellowship time at Matt and Courtney’s home from 7:00 - 9:30pm.  Please join us for a great time of fellowship, fun, and learning together! 

Friday, July 24th - Papa Joe’s Pizza   7:00 - 9:30pm

Papa Joe’s has made their facility available to the youth for a Bible study, food, and a time of fellowship. Please come prepared with your Bibles, some money, and a good appetite.  Papa Joe’s offers arcade games, a pool table, and a jukebox, along with delicious pizza.

We’ve had great memories at the mall and now we are at the crossroads of the past and the present.  Cross over the bridge!  Pray and trust, listen and obey.  Be willing to let go of the old and move towards the new places.  Walk His path of righteousness and He will direct your steps!
