Frank and Sheila Decker were recognized and ordained in August of 2008 by Living Word and they are ordained through Father Heart Ministries that Franks serves as President of. They have planted a ministry in Malta Ohio and I am sure they have more on the way. True Apostles with the Fathers heart.
